These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Yasmin Casaca, including but not limited to speaking engagements, coaching services, dance performances, dance-based teambuilding sessions, acting and modeling assignments, and creative collaborations.

Bookings

All bookings are made via contact request and confirmed through direct communication.
Details such as scope, pricing, location, duration, and any specific conditions are agreed upon individually for each assignment and confirmed in writing.

A booking is considered confirmed once both parties have agreed on the terms.

Payment

Payment is handled via invoice unless otherwise agreed.

  • Invoices may be issued to both companies and private individuals

  • Payment terms are stated on the invoice

  • Advance payment may be required

  • All pricing is agreed upon prior to the assignment

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are agreed upon individually for each booking and confirmed in writing.
Any cancellation should be communicated as early as possible.

Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching services provided by Yasmin Casaca are non-therapeutic and non-medical.
Coaching does not replace professional healthcare, therapy, psychological treatment, or medical advice.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching sessions.

Physical Activities & Responsibility

Some services involve physical activity, including dance and movement-based teambuilding sessions.

By participating, clients and participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk.
Participants are responsible for informing about any physical limitations, injuries, or health conditions prior to participation.

Yasmin Casaca is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All choreography, concepts, materials, methods, and creative content provided by Yasmin Casaca remain the intellectual property of Yasmin Casaca unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability Limitation

Yasmin Casaca is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential losses related to the services provided.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.
