ABOUT MY DANCE WORK
I´m a bachata & contemporary dancer, with a strong focus on presence, expression and sophisticated sensuality.
Bachata & movement
I help dancers become more confident, connected, and expressive on the dance floor.
Through private lessons and coaching, I focus on the details that often make the biggest difference: technique, body awareness, connection, presence, musicality, and movement quality. My goal is not simply to teach steps, but to help dancers feel more confident, connected, and free in their dancing.
With a background in martial arts, acrobatics, coaching, and performance, I bring a unique understanding of body mechanics, movement efficiency, injury prevention, and body awareness into every lesson. More than two decades spent exploring different movement disciplines have taught me how to move with greater control, confidence, and freedom — insights I now share with my students.
In addition to coaching, I have performed bachata fusion shows and worked as a guest dancer, promoter, ambassador, and teaching assistant within the bachata community in Sweden and internationally.
Based in Stockholm. Available for private lessons, workshops, shows, performances, and collaborations.
